>> Refuse Work Programme (part 2)
Employment Programme Work Programme Provider (pre-first appointment) >> Refuse Work Programme (Provider stage) (part 1)
>> Refuse Work Programme (Provider stage) (part 2) (not required
Employment Programme Work Programme Provider (your full consent under duress) >> Refuse Work Programme (when already participating after being mislead)

Unlawful Sanctions will continue to support those getting sanctions from the above workfare schemes.

Please Note: Work Programme Network gives the following notices of warning:-

  • You must object to the scheme before you begin it – you wont have a case at a later date (even if after first appointment)
  • You must not refuse or object pre-referral (either after your jobcentre appointment for referral/talk was notified to you or during such appointment at Jobcentre Plus)
  • You do not have to send notification to the provider – however, its likely the provider will raise a sanction doubt automatically which is likely to be accepted by a Jobcentre Plus decision maker.  So if they have contacted you with an appointment date, you should keep them in the loop.
