We aren’t trying to track you down, it just helps see whether there is a pattern (i.e. are longer term claimants more likely to be sanctioned than short-term claimants?)

Whether or not such persons are accountable in the eyes of the system; they are accountable as human beings. This also allows us to single out staff who are over active at victimising people.
